Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, with no justification required.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- not have been worn or used (trying it on is fine)
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in its original packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, one damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.ff.fashion@gmail.com, describing the issue and attaching photos if possible.
In these cases, once verified, return shipping is on us, and we'll offer a refund or replacement, your choice.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on promotional items, gift cards, or made-to-order/personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Actual visibility timing depends on your bank or card provider.
